Cisco Digital Network Architecture

DNA is an open and extensible, software-driven network architecture designed to rapidly deliver services that enable IT to innovate faster, reduce costs and complexity, lower risk and comply with regulatory requirements for LAN and WAN.

Cisco Threat Centric Next Generation Firewall

Introducing Firepower 6.2 and what's new with Cisco's NGFW. This session will focus on several typical deployment scenarios for the Adaptive Security Appliance family running FirePower Services and Firepower Threat Defense. Deployment use cases will include Internet Edge, various segmentation scenarios (WAN, compliance and industrial networks) and VPN. Configuration walk-through and accepted best practices will be covered. This session is designed for existing ASA customers and targets the security and network engineer. You’ll learn the benefits of a FirePower NGFW in network edge, Internet use cases and the data center.

Hyperconverged Solutions: HyperFlex

Hyperconverged and Software Defined Storage are hot topics with exciting opportunities for new solutions in the data center. This session outlines what hyperconverged solutions are, why customers are looking at these offerings and what data center needs they address. Learn more about Cisco’s hyperconverged solution and why you should consider a UCS-based offering.

Collaboration Cloud & Hybrid Solutions

Collaboration services are exploding and a number of deployment options are now available including on-premise, cloud and hybrid cloud. We’ll review deployment considerations and features provided by on-premise and cloud deployments for collaboration services. With an understanding of the on-premise and cloud environments that exist today, we’ll look at how to deploy hybrid services with the addition of the Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Cisco Spark. This session is designed for individuals looking to understand different options for deploying collaboration environments, as well as the benefits and considerations of each deployment.

Campus Design in the DNA World

How do architects build networks today with Cloud, SDN, IoT and all the other new and changing pieces? Learn how to incorporate the latest technologies and capabilities into your network solution. This session will include incorporating technologies like APIC-EM, StealthWatch, mGig, iWAN, Cloud and more.

Cisco Cloud Security

This session covers three powerful cloud security solutions from Cisco - CloudLock, Cisco Defense Orchestrator (CDO) and Cisco Umbrella (Formerly OpenDNS). A brief overview and demo of each will be delivered and closing summary with Q&A.

CloudLock, a Cloud Access Security Broker, utilizes the APIs of your SaaS, PaaS and IaaS providers to give your organization the security controls it needs to protect data, detect and respond to user account abuse, ensure compliance and provide valuable visibility into what is happening in your cloud applications. CloudLock protects more customers than any other CASB solution on the planet, and enables the business to securely utilize cloud services.

CDO helps an operations team easily manage policies across Cisco security products. It’s a cloud-based application that is quickly becoming the single pane of glass for Cisco firewalls, next-generation firewalls, Cisco Umbrella, Web Security Appliances and other products in the Cisco Security portfolio.

Cisco Umbrella provides the first line of defense against threats on the Internet wherever users go. Umbrella uses DNS and other mechanisms, such as the direct-to-IP Intelligent Proxy, to block malicious destinations before a connection is ever established. Cisco took the awesomeness of OpenDNS and added several exciting new security features to create Umbrella. Web filters and proxies simply can’t provide the unique and easy-to-use security offered by Cisco Umbrella.

Improved Visibility in the Data Center Through Analytics - Tetration

Using modern big data technology, Cisco has designed a powerful analytics platform. This platform, called Tetration Analytics, addresses critical data center operational issues in ways not possible before. Tetration provides complete visibility in data center and applications, and uses unsupervised machine learning techniques to generate application behavior insights and automated white-list policies for granular segmentation. This is the one session you should not miss.

Next Generation Meetings

Cisco is all about making meetings simple, allowing users to stop thinking about the technology and get on with their meetings. To achieve this, Cisco created Collaboration Meeting Rooms. We’ll cover the architecture involved in enabling business with Premise, Hybrid or Cloud Collaboration Meeting rooms. This session will cover user experience, licensing and best practices along with the latest enhancements and connectivity requirements.

5 Amazing New Cisco Wireless Features You Can Use With Apple iOS 10

The exclusive partnership Cisco shares with Apple is producing innovation at a high velocity. Apple is quickly becoming a highly desired digital business platform as they integrate features and capabilities large enterprises need. We’ll take a look at five Cisco Wireless features that were just released that take advantage of Apples iOS 10. These features are FastLane, Fast Transition, BSS Transition, Assisted Roaming and EDCA.

Network as a Sensor/Enforcer

Cisco has leveraged multiple security technologies working with Cisco networking and security devices to provide customers with a unique approach to better securing their entire network. Cisco enables customers to leverage their existing and future investments where network deployments can act as a sensor to provide enhanced visibility, context and potential cyber threat identification for anything that connects to the network. In addition, Cisco leverages the same network devices to act as an enforcer using traffic classification and enforcement points for limiting the impact of threats from spreading and reducing the risk of data loss and/or theft. Topics include Netflow, ISE, Lancope and Trustsec.

Operation: UCS!

Gain visibility from a single console into UCS components for performance monitoring and capacity planning. Tie application performance to physical and virtual infrastructure performance. Simplify daily operations by centrally managing and automating routine tasks and expediting problem resolution. Automate workflows to increase consistency and speed. See all this and how data availability is increased with Cisco software solutions.

Customer Care Solutions

Cisco Contact Center solutions enables cutting edge features and design with the reliability and dependability of historical call centers. Let Cisco show you how to leverage technology for greater results. This session will cover Finesse Desktop, Finesse Desktop integrations, Tropo, Chat and Email Services, Video Communication Solutions and Enhancements.

Cloud Managed Enterprise Networks

Meraki, the first Cloud Managed Networking company in the market and officially Cisco's Cloud Networking Group, brings economic advantages of Software-as-a-Service to enterprise networking. We will look at Meraki’s SD-WAN, as well as the additions of Meraki Video Surveillance, Meraki Communications and updates to Meraki Wireless and Switching.

Advanced Threat and Ransomware Defense Solution Overview

Cisco Ransomware Defense calls on the Cisco security architecture to protect businesses using defenses that span from networks to the DNS layer to email to the endpoint. It is backed by industry-leading Talos threat research for the ultimate responsiveness against ransomware. We’ll cover the key components of the solution.

Network Automation and Cloud Mobility

The Cisco application-centric data center and cloud management solution can improve your data center service delivery or add public cloud application deployment to your service offering. Learn how to securely deploy and manage applications to data center, private cloud and public cloud environments in this session. You’ll also hear how to bring mobility to your private/public cloud offerings so you are not locked into a particular cloud vendor.

Power Apps through Spark APIs

Integrating real-time communications into applications is a powerful productivity enhancer that businesses commonly seek to enable. Now there's a simple way to do so using Spark and the Cisco Collaboration Cloud Platform. With truly minimal development effort, IT pros, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), Systems Integrators and Service Providers can now add voice, SMS, messaging and other workflow-streamlining capabilities to their applications. Along with providing new collaboration customization capabilities, the Cisco Collaboration Cloud Platform incorporates Tropo's communications API platform Cisco acquired in May 2015. Leveraging cloud economics and modern APIs, developers can create low-cost and richly contextualized voice and messaging communications, for example in Web apps, mobile apps and enterprise business processes.
